EE WiFi Auto London Underground won't automatically login

I have saved the EE Wi-Fi Auti for the London Underground as a network, I have the SIM setup as the login, but every time the train pulls into a station I have to manually select EE Wi-Fi Auto and connect. When it first connects it says internet not available and then there is a ! by the signal icon and it says connected internet not available. Then it connects, usually as the train is pulling out of the station. My partner does not have any of this problem with her phone, it is a pixel 5. Mine is a pixel 6 pro, both on the most recent version of Android, and both seem to have all the same settings. Mine is on auto connect, and is set up exactly as per the instructions on the EE website. Any ideas why it won't just auto connect?

It doesn't really though does it - I am the OP, I have Android, and the problem still exists. It is funny how folk with iPhones tend to assume that is all anyone uses lol

Yes! Mine has stated working this week. Only 3 months without it!

My mistake, I didn’t make my message clear referring to iPhones. Hopefully Android’s will get resolved soon.

Awesome. Still, the lack of help / interest from EE on this has been shocking.

Yh mines been a good month or so now - does my nut in. My Wi-Fi settings don’t offer me anywhere to put SIM or EAP ( read a lot of threads lately many of which mention this ) I only have Wi-Fi settings on off labs when it  search under networks it either cannot find or cannot join. Keeps requesting name cane password and  password

What annoying thing to do - they must think we so stupid .. this is a problem that is not covered anywhere 

Why can’t the name  and password be on the site 

STOP TELLING NE IT WILL CONNECT AUTOMATICALLY SND I DINT NEED A USER NAME ABS PASSWORD AND JUDT GIVE IT TO ME TI TRY CSBT UOU???!!
