Please switch on my phone as requested prior to my visit to the USA

@Notknown  what do you mean by switched on ?    Can you elaborate on that ?    

If you mean active your SIM card that can only be done when you are connected to the EE network. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
