I have 298 websites hosted on SiteGround. Any client using EE Mobile cannot access their website. SiteGround support said because the SiteGround support team is in Bulgaria, they cannot identify the issue with EE because they do not have access to EE mobile phone. This is ridiculous, I will take legal action for damaging my business.

I have just emailed Marc Allera, CEO of EE. I suggest others maybe do the same, or perhaps wait and see if I get a reply tomorrow.

I've just emailed CEO of EE, Marc Allera to see if he can escalate it, with full details of the DNS fault. I'll update if I get a reply tomorrow.

This is a completely incorrect approach. We need the block (in fact I think it's a DNS error) removed for all mobile users trying to access these sites. How on earth would a customer of ours ever know it's a fault in the EE network? You are misunderstanding the wider issue here Im afarid. Most people will simply think our websites are not working. It's not someting we should need to "unblock" for each connection. Or if it is blocked for good reason, why and what do siteground need to do to resolve it?

Probably best to use this forum now. It's got a bit more info on the specific issues.

No, it's not. Makes no difference I have all my sims set to 18+. Tech support indicated there may be other blocks, but that's the wrong approach. This is affecting a large number of websites, they aren't unsuitable for U13. Our own club website is for a club. DartmoorGliding.co.uk it's not unsuitable content to our knowledge.
It's probably more likely to be a fault, or a false positive for a range of IP addresses perhaps??

I agree. Customers should be able to enter our sites without switching some parental control!! It needs to be seamless. Plus on my end it's got nothing to do with parental control. Thanks JohnMaz for emailing.

No you are right it does not find it when using SIM card, but works perfectly when using internet, strange.

@JohnMaz : Really? @Andrew-Matlock didn't think so! It worked for some of his. My suggestion is still worth a try.
Of course, other networks that don't lock content by default like EE will work.
It's the responsibility of every user with an EE SIM to ensure that Content Lock settings are appropriate to them.

Appreciate that you're not actual tech support but your replies aren't exactly helpful. The problem isn't that we can't personally access our own websites because the majority of us complaining are web developers who have the know how to figure out that this is a DNS issue with EE and switching network resolves the issue.
So what is the problem here? EE is the UK's largest network. How much business is being lost for us because of this issue? These aren't 18+ sites. I've also done a quick test, I can't access my own site but I can still find porn sites, yet it's caused by content lock.
EE need to fix this and id appreciate it if anyone has any advice to escalate this as highly as possible.

Hey,
Any chance you have a test website you can put on cloudflare to see if that is a temporary solution?
