I received a call from EE Guide 07973100194. Is this a geniune EE number? Thank you.

I can confirm the number you received the call from is genuine from EE. 

If an EE representative has called you directly showing the number 07973 100 194 and you're looking to call back, you'll need to contact Customer Services by calling 150 from your handset, as that number doesn't accept incoming calls. 

We may also call from other numbers- you can check if a call is genuine from us on our How Do We Contact You page. 

Or if the call was from our Direct Partners at Phone numbers EE partners will call from.
