Data roaming - roam further

I have purchased roam further for my daughter - she is in the USA but she can’t access her data

Is your daughter able to make phone calls and send text messages? Is data roaming enabled in her phone settings?

In addition but also more fundamentally, does your daughter's phone have a connection to a local network in the States?

Without that, anything which uses that network connections (calls, texts & mobile data) will fail.
