I'm in the US, with my UK phone, and data roaming not working is causing a very serious and costly disruption to my life.
Got enough data left. Got roaming and mobile data enabled (Android), got Travel add on (have confirmed by texting Travel to 150), turned airplane mode on/off....
I'm currently getting a "Sign in to network" notification (which can't be actioned in any meaningful way).
What else should I double check?? Any ideas much appreciated.
(Data worked ok yesterday. It doesn't today. Late PM in US, so guessing maybe fact it being after midnight in the UK had someting to do with it?)
I AM 100% CHANGING MY NETWORK ONCE BACK IN THE UK. This is extremely, extremely unhelpful.

Hi @xwing,
Welcome to the EE Community. 🙂
Which data add-on did you purchase?
Are you still able to make calls and send texts?

@xwing If it worked yesterday there is no reason it wouldn’t work today unless the network your connecting to has an issue. Have you tried just restarting the device?

@Mills99 Did you or have you ou enabled roaming from within your EE account settings? Purchasing add ons doesn’t enable roaming it’s just an add on for roaming.

Does your phone show signal indicators of a local network, and are you able to make/receive calls/texts OK? That's a good test of the roaming facility being active on your EE account.
Anything beyond that is either account-specific (no bundle in place to cover the usage) or local-network related.

Hi @Mills99.
Do both roaming and international calls show as on in your My EE Account?
Have you got a signal on the phone?

Yes it shows on my EE account. I have service, and I can only receive text if I’m connected to someone’s internet.

What kind of phone are you using, @Mills99?
Have you tried manually connecting to a different network?
