I have been trying to download an esim through the pixel watch app all night and sitting on hold to EE after being told to quote code 212 by the EE sponsored link on the app. After much to-ing and fro-ing they were unable to resolve my issue, simply passing my issue up the chain as a complaint instead of a resolvable issue. I received a text message at 9:03pm tonight quoting a complaint reference number and letting me know that my complaint has been resolved.
Well it has not. Bloody cheeky this is and it is turning rapidly into an actual complaint.

Hi @Justmelike
Welcome to the community.
Did they say if they had sent it to the level 2 technical team?

Hey! Thanks for the welcome and for replying.
They told me to hold the line while they spoke to level 2 and cut me off after a minute or so on hold. Then I got the text message a little later on saying the matter was considered closed.

Hi @Madus82
Thanks for coming here.
Do you have a pay monthly account?
Where did you purchase the watch?

Thanks @Madus82
I would suggest getting in touch with our mobile care team on 150, they will get this looked into further for you.
