Data add on roaming

I have a data pass add on but it is not working, this happened last time also can someone please help

@Naraine  Is roaming enabled on your EE account?  Purchasing add ons doesn’t enable roaming.  

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
