Coverage in US

In Oregon, US and getting very intermittent/no mobile connection even in city/towns. Is this a known problem/issue? Sometimes (but not always) restarting phone helps, but it quickly drops coverage again

@Jonathanportes  Try doing a manual network search.   Your connecting to a roaming network.
