Hi I am in Corfu, i can use my phone abroad as part of my contract however it’s suddenly stopped allowing me to and said I’ve got a spending cap so they’ve barred me. It shouldn’t be charging me. It keeps saying I’m in Albania on my EE texts but I’m in Corfu so should be able to use my phone and have done for the most of the day. Can you help me please. I cannot phone your help line as it says not authorised.

@Morgan55x   That’s because your device is connect to an Albanian network.  Try doing a manual network search to connect to a local network operator.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Hello @Morgan55x ,

Welcome to the community,

Have you checked what network you are connected to? You may have to do a manual search, as if it is connecting to Albania, then that is why you are unable to use your phone.

If you need help and need to contact customer service, so long as you have Skype, there is a free number you can ring, when the offices are open:

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using Skype or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.
