Hi,

I have a number of websites (too many to list here) which are being content filtered by EE's system. Who do I need to speak to? Again, I have too many domains to list here.

Thanks

Hi @stutter

I posted a ChatGPT prompt before you can use to check your sites and explain what exactly is blocking them on EE system.

Try that as there must be something .

Thanks

Hi @Northerner which post/thread did you put it on?

Hi @stutter

My prompt here: https://community.ee.co.uk/t5/Small-Business/Remove-content-lock-on-MY-WEBSITE/td-p/1595475

Let us know the outcome.

Thanks

Thanks for that @Northerner . Is there a telephone number, email or form I can use to send all our client domains to?

Hi @stutter,

Welcome to the EE Community

Is this EE mobile or broadband customers who are unable to load the domains? Is it only those who have a content lock/parental controls enabled that cannot load the domains?

As on the thread @Northerner linked above, if your domains are being incorrectly flagged by the EE mobile content lock you can e-mail safeguard@ee.co.uk to have them looked at.

I have also sent you a private message with some additional information you may find helpful.
