Hi there,
Is there any way of being able to speak to EE without calling 150? For a large number of reasons, I'm currently without a digital sim and I need to speak to EE, but I can't call from my phone as the sim isn't active, and the 'message us' button in the app never gets past 3 bubbles flying around my screen.

Hey, thanks for the reply.
I don't actually have access to any working phone, that's really the issue. Is there any other way?
And does the 'message us' button on the app work? I can't be the only one who doesn't seem to get anywhere with it...

Are you able to borrow a phone from a friend or relative?
Otherwise, some users in similar scenarios have installed web-calling apps such as Skype, and contacted EE that way.

Try calling CS on the Freephone no. in my sig. on Skype over WiFi. It should be free.
