I’m really upset that even though I contacted ee before leaving for Canada, NON of my five lines (Family) work on data. One of my lines was specifically bought to increase our data sharing capabilities. Now I can’t use data or contact ee on 150 or any other number. Can’t find an email either. How do I make it work before the kids kill me.

Could you try manually connecting to an available network please? Did the person that you spoke to tell you that roaming was activated on your account?
