Cant receive any calls on my android phone

Hi

Can't seem to receive any calls on my android phone? Done a network reset, calls aren't on divert. Any ideas or just call ee support ?

Are you able to make calls?

Can you receive texts?

Do you know if the people/person trying to call you get an error message?
