I temporarily relocated to Australia a few weeks ago - Sydney - and set up a roaming package on my phone with EE - its not working at all....
Please help!

What roaming package?

Contract. I called the week before leaving to ensure that Australia was added as a country I could use my phone in....

I hope the move went well and you're all settled down under.
I know how important it is to stay connected, especially when abroad. I just want to double check your roaming is all turned on. To do that could you please follow the below instructions for me?
Log into your MYEE Account.
Once logged in select 'Menu' then 'Manage Your Device' and then 'Usage Controls'
'Roaming Abroad' and ‘Call Abroad and Premium Rate’ both need to be turned on. If they are turned off, please turn them on.
