Calls from o2 to ee

Recently swapped from o2 to ee and my husband still with o2. He cannot call my number anymore. It immediately says call failed. We’ve checked re blocking and it’s not that and we’ve tried speaking to both ee and o2 who each say it’s the others fault....

Messages to 150 won’t send

I got an iPhone 12 today on the full works contract, managed to activate my Apple Music but I can’t activate Apple Arcade or Apple TV yet as whenever I try to reply to 150 to get the links for them, the text fails to send
