That would suggest that you missed a call from the number in question, and they left a short message - possibly with spoofed caller ID.
I'd recommend you listen to the message and either save it or delete it as appropriate.
If it was a spam caller, you can block both of the numbers and report it by texting "CALL xyz" to 7726, where xyz is the number of the caller.

Not at all, I checked with the message, the caller was known to me, and was from the uk.
