Cannot upgrade online

I have tried several times to upgrade online and cant and I have waited in the queue on the phone but took to long and had to get back to work

Surley this can  be done another way as online chat never working either

You should be able to Upgrade from your online MyEE.

I have tried and its keeps saying not available try another plan , regardless what plan I pick it doesnt let me

Are you upgrading early? If you are, are you selecting a plan with a higher monthly cost?
