I cannot see the details of my plan, my contract nor anything else do with my current deal with EE, despite being logged onto your app and your website.
I have spoken with multiple of your advisors who have given a multitude of answers, including that am not allowed to look at my plan, the issue should be fixed in 2-3 days (Despite being an issue for months), that they can email me my contract, and that I cannot be sent my contract.
They did this while also threatening to charge my £130 fee for cancelling my contract, before advising I could not cancel my contract online.
Please advise how can I look at my Plan on the EE App

When you log into the My EE app and view the Control centre, do you have an option which shows 'view full usage'?
