Lost network connection in spain

Am calling from Spain.  I have 2 phones both on e network 1 Day after arriving we lost ee phone link on both phones.   All attempts in last 24 days have failed  each Tim message comes  saying   Your sim std does not allows connection to this network.

it always has done for last 20 years.  Any suggestions please to bet back on line with voice and message connection  ?

Did you turn on roaming on your phone?

Do you have roaming enabled on your plan?

Have tried orange. Vofaphone ES.  Movistar

Are you able to connect to the other networks or do you get the same message? 

Have you restarted the phones? 

Are you with us on pay as you go or pay monthly?

After Orange  IHave tried other visible networks namely   Vodaphone  Es.     and Moviestar

not able to restart either phone.  And both on Uk EE. Pay monthly contracts.

any suggestions please ?
