I couldn't make or receive calls.last week. Got a replacement sim and still having the same problem although I can now send and receive messages. Did have sim error and network error but number is now showing in sim 1 but greyed out. Have reset.phone cleared cache etc but still not working. Any ideas of what else I can do!

It was purchased from ee and not locked to another network. It has worked absolutely fine until last week when we were unable to make or receive calls. We.went into the ee store and changed the.sim and also used another new sim both.provided by ee in store. You can send and receive text messages just not make or receive calls. It says not registered to network
