Cannot make a phone call no help at all from chat

I have been unable to make a call from either of my phone lines for two days now. It doesn’t even ring just beeps three times then cuts off. I’ve been messaging the chat and get sporadic replies that don’t resolve it then they put me to the back of the queue again. Waiting almost 3 hours now for a reply to my last message. I need to call someone urgently. Any ideas how to get my phone to work or get some help from ee??

Have you tried restarting your phone or toggling flight mode? Is this happening on specific numbers or any number you dial?

Yes I’ve tried both of those things on both phones. It’s any number and doesn’t matter if I’m on wifi or 4/5G. Still not having any luck on the chat either.

Does your phone show a network connection?

Are you able to receive calls OK?
