Cannot connect to EEWifi-auto

Cannot connect via EEWifi-auto in London Underground. Authentication error. Called EE 2x to register but still not working.

 

EE confirmed my SIM has been activated for the service.

If yes, when was the last time you successfully connected?

Has never worked - every time i try and connect it says unable to connect and doesn’t work

I'd definitely recommend speaking to our Mobile Care team so they can check everything is set up from our end for you.
