Can't send text messages - failed

None of my texts will send since joining EE - it keeps saying failed for weeks. 
I have tried everything I can in settings and have restarted my phone and no results 

please help, cant even text my family in Ireland 😞

For sending texts, ensure your phone's SMS message centre is set to +44 7958 879879

What kind of phone are you using? Is the message centre number showing correctly in your message settings? It should be +447958879879
