The last time I received a message was at 30/8/2024. It seems that I didn’t top-up during the past 180 days so my number should be suspended. I just top up my number today but still can’t receive any text what should I do because I’ve already left UK and I still need the number to receive verification code😭

Regardless of whether you are in the UK or abroad, PAYG phones need to have some chargeable usage at least once every 179 days to avoid being hibernated.
