Am currently visiting the States. I turned Roaming on by texting 150 'Roaming', but currently have no network signal. Even on Wifi I'm not allowed to make calls/texts to anyone on mobile, including EE's 150 and customer service number. I check account settings and nothing is amiss. I have also reset my phone and tired changing networks, but nothing works. All messages to EE 150 say 'sent failure' and all calls to that number or their customer service line don't ring through. Anyone know how to fix this?
