Hi @24317844.

Welcome to the community.

Is this a pay as you go or pay monthly SIM card?

Do you have a signal on the phone?

Hi, it's a pay monthly sim, I had normal service while in the uk, I'm on vacation over from Canada and bought it upon arrival in London, but in Malta I couldn't make or receive calls, tried calling 150 but can't even get through to that number

No, I don't see any bars, just the wifi strength thing

Hi, I just replaced my Canadian sim inserted the uk one and it worked

Hi @24317844.

Is your UK SIM card now working in the phone?

Do you have a signal now?

Jon

I can do everything, search the web, use other apps but can't make or receive calls,

You said you can see the WiFi indicator. You are connected to WiFi not the mobile network. You're running your apps over WiFi but you can't make calls over it.

Turn off WiFi and switch on Mobile Data.
