Can't connnect to London Underground Wifi

Hello 

I can't connect to the London Underground Wifi. 


I have tried to call 150 many times, they told me that they did what is necessary and still can't connect.

When I send wifi to 150, I receive a text saying that I already got the wifi coverage boost.

I have Iphone13. I have reset network settings. Many times. I detects the EEauto Wifi, but when I try to connect it says impossible to connect.

I would suggest getting back in touch with our Tech Gurus on 150, they will run through some further trouble shooting with you to help get this resolved.

I have exactly the same problem.  and calling to 150 was just waste of time for me. no help at all. please let me know if you could managed it and how.
