Can’t call or use messages on my phone

I can’t call from my phone so need to do it on line

I have internet but can’t phone out or receive calls at all

Could you please let me know a bit more about what happens when you try to make a call or send a message; do you get any particular error messages for example?

Also when  you say that the internet is still working, is this over 4G/5G, or is your phone connected to a separate WiFi network?
