I’ve had this mobile for a couple of years and have had no trouble with it but recently I can’t call any landline number, it just says that I’ve dialled an incorrect number. I know this isn’t true because I’m ringing numbers that are saved in my phone and can get through on other devices. I can receive calls from landlines and make and receive calls to/from mobiles no problem. I have been putting the area code in but it’s not that, these are numbers I was calling from this phone up until a couple of weeks ago. Anyone have any ideas?

Can you direct-dial a landline number that you've not called previously?
How does "it" just say you've dialled an incorrect number - is this an on-screen message or audible one?

Hi,
Thanks for replying. I can’t direct dial or call from contacts. It is an automated audible message. I’ve tried getting a landline to call me and then dialling it straight back and it’s always the same message. Can’t figure it out.

Is the message read by the same voice as the EE voicemail and EE-CS-menu?
Can you direct dial mobile numbers that you've not got saved?
