Can’t call between phones that are roaming.

My wife and I in France.  Both have EE phones.  Both got messages that roaming was active and we could use our minutes, texts and data as in the UK.  

but we can’t callEACH OTHER. We had the same problem last time we were in France.  Called EE on that occasion but no solution was given. 

does anyone know what to do in the case?

Hi @Graham2190,

Could you check if your numbers have been inadvertently added to each others block lists?

Hi @James_B   No we haven’t blocked each other.  We can call each other in the UK. My wife can’t call anyone while we are in France.  I can call anyone but her.  G.

Hi @Graham2190,

Are you using the Roam Abroad Pass or paying daily for your usage?

Do you have a spend cap on your account?

When you spoke to Customer Care, did they check if there were any international calling restrictions on your account?
