Can sene text but cant recieve

I've just upgraded to the s21 5g. Love the phone. How ever I can't recive texts, i can send but not receive. Who ever sends to me they seem to just say failed there end. If I restart my phone it works. Buy after a few hours or the next morning, its as it was cant recive.

When this happens, could you try texting BALANCE to 150 to see if you get a reply?

Which messaging app are you using? There are two 

The one with the three dots is the traditional text messaging app, the other is the enhanced one. Can you check the one with the three dots.

Does this happen with more than one person when they text you?
