Am in Australia and cannot use my phone. I have unlimited data and calls, monthly contract. When I send ROAM to 150. It says my phone is ready to be used abroad but I cannot use it for calls or data. Please help. I cannot even make any calls either.
Have you at any point, either by chat or text message, had confirmation that "roaming is enabled", "your phone is setup to use abroad" or words to the same effect?
