Can not receive incoming calls

Hello,

I visited the EE store three weeks ago but despite your colleague checking my mobile, I am not receiving incoming calls despite my mobile phone being turned on.

People who ring are receiving a message stating that the telephone number is unavailable.  I have reset networking settings and I have plenty of signal.

Please advise as I have missed important calls.

Check for any incoming diverts or "do not disturb" settings that you may have inadvertently activated. Are you able to receive text messages?

Call EE CS on 150 and ask them to refresh your line. Then restart.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.

Thank you but no diverts in place and I can receive text messages.
