Hi,

I can make but not receive calls. I can make and receive texts. Do not disturb and call forwarding are off. Status is in service and mobile network is disconnected. When someone tries to phone me it says the line is discontinued or not available. I tried EE help etc but it eventually says that someone will call back in 15 mins....but of course no one does.

@coastwise , did you move from another network? If that is the case, then check settings in your phone and see if the number on your phone is your number or a temporary one.

No, its my number and it has worked fine up until the recent storm. I have
now checked and If I drive about a mile away it connects to the network ok.
I have tried getting hold of EE to report but am having problems

Are you able to make & receive calls then?

Your original symptoms are not consistent with a disconnection from the radio network. An Android phone showing "radio network disconnected" occurs whenever WiFi-calling is in use.

Try testing inbound calls with & without caller-ID present.
