I am currently abroad and I am not able to send SMS to turn off my voicemail.
I need to receive a few calls, but I only receive messages that my voicemail got activated and the person was not able to call me.
Help would be appreciated.

Currently in Bulgaria on holiday.
Using an old android. Just need the voicemail turned off cause I am not able to turn it off myself.

Hi @bradshaw25,
Did you activate roaming before you travelled? If you didn't, switching off voicemail won't allow you to receive calls.
To activate roaming in My EE, go to Menu > Account Settings > Parental and Data Controls > Enable Roaming.
