So they worked when i went through Belgium, germany, czech, poland but not now that i am back in czech. I did not get a welcome text like before. I cannot ring the helpline as i can't make calls. The digital chatbot does not appear.

Have you tried restarting your device or manually searching for a network?

Yep restarted it a few times. I can send texts. Its only when calling it wont work. It says mobile network not found.
I also tried using a different APN.

Could you check to make sure that international calling and roaming are still activated in your My EE account please?

Hi Chris, They were blocked. When i tried to unblock them they said i couldnt and to text info to 150. I did this but nothing seemed relevant. I have texted roaming to 150. (I had done this when first leaving the country).

I now had a text saying i was set up for roaming in any country.

I would suggest speaking to our Mobile Care team. A lot of people in this situation use Skype and other VoiP services to contact us from abroad on +44800 0798586
Hopefully they can get this fixed for you.
