Calling uk from Germany

I can call German numbers but i can’t call uk numbers. I can’t find the manage my device option either.

One of two things likely cause this.

1: There's an issue with the particular German network you're connected to. Try manually selecting a different one.

2: You have an international call bar active, which CS will need to check. Have you been able to call UK numbers from Germany previously?

It was ok before. If it was a network problem why can I call German numbers?
