Calling from europe

Hello my samsung galaxy s22 wont let me make calls from spain,i have a roaming add on and can send texts and surf the net etc,but cannot make calls,i get a recorded message saying call not allowed speak to your network supplier.can anybody highlight what i need to do,this problem didnt happen with my s19 ! I go majorca in 3 weeks and could do with having a phone that calls

Hiya bristolian, i have checked the call barring section of the samsung and nothing is highlighted i have attached a screenshot of the screen

Sorry, I misunderstood, @bigringtommo. I thought you were away now, then going to Majorca in three weeks too.

You can phone from your phone, if you're able to call 150. The team will check over everything so that you're ready to go.

Christopher_g  ive just tried the 150 number and the automated system is just sending me round in circles and not letting me talk to anybody,just sending me useless texts,very poor ai
