Paid for the 500 mins to call Spain from UK but when I try to call get a message saying calls to the number are barred. Tried prefix +34 also 0034. Annoyed because I’ve paid for a service that doesn’t work and cannot get through to EE! Turned phone off and on again, still no joy! Anyone help?
