Calling Uk from mobile.

Hi, I can’t make any calls to the Uk from my mobile. I can’t even add on world to 150 as suggested it won’t let me, can u help please? Sorry I didn’t add this on before I left the Uk. Thank you

@Lindajono you need to enable roaming on your account, having that enabled will allow your device to connect to a roaming network. You can use live chat via your online account to chat with customers services to get this enabled.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
