Calling Germany from UK. System says these calls are barred.

System says call to Germany from UK are barred.  How do I turn it on.  

Hqve tried the website and 150 with no luck

Not sure what you were looking for on the website, but the first thing to check is for an active spend cap which would prevent chargeable calls being made.

Thanks for trying this, if the calls are barred please call us on 150 and the team will check the account and make sure international calls are activated for you.
