Call failed

My phone has started saying call failed. 
This is when it try to ring my answerphone, or a landline number. 
I have tried turning it off and on, re- setting network settings, tried calling answerphone by 222. Any advice?

Are you using a pay as you go or pay monthly plan?

Are you in the UK?

Can you receive calls?

I am on Pay as you go,  I am in the UK and 1 am able to get incoming calls.

What response do you get if text BALANCE to 150?
