Call Forwarding

I’m outside UK now. 
I would like to forward all incoming calls to another UK number. 
I tried to fail **21*020xxxxxxxxxxx #, but it failed.
Can I do it by login my account via notebook without using the phone?

Are you on PAYG or pay-monthly? PAYG only supports call forwarding to voicemail.

Assuming that isn't the case, you should be able to set diverts using your phone's call forwarding menu - the location differs between iOS & Android.

Diverts can only be set from a phone with the SIM inside.
