New phone need my old number

Got new phone they said when I put the  sim card inmy old number will come up it did not

Do you have two numbers showing in your My EE account?

@Maureen21 , did you put your original SIM card in the new phone or was it a new SIM card? Do you still have the original SIM card? If so try that one and see if your number comes up.
