I live in Thailand and had massive problems last Summer when I thought I could simply 'top up' by UK phone after switching to PAYG when returning to the UK for future visits. You can't, you have to buy a package, which is fine. I am about to come to the UK on a visit but can't work out how to buy this package now so it works the moment I land. I need the GPS to work on Waze so I cant wait to go into an EE store to work this out. Does anyone know how to go about this?

Hi @mithri
Welcome to the community.
Do you already have the EE SIM card? If so, is it active?

Chris
I have a SIM card which is active but has almost no credit. During my last trip to the UK, I discovered I had to buy a 'package 'to use during my trip. All I want to do now is buy the same package but do it here in Thailand before I leave.
