Hello

does anyone know how you would go about having your business name appear on a call recipients screen rather than just a number?

Only by your recipients putting your business name against your no. in their Contacts.

In very simple terms you would need the recipient of your call to have saved your number to their contacts list.

The "business caller-ID" service uses third-party Hiya as its database, there are contact details on https://ee.co.uk/help/security/staying-safe-online/business-name-in-caller-id
