I recently upgraded my phone and decided to sell the old one on ebay. Unfortunately the delivery company have lost the parcel (or it's been stolen) and I'm now going to have to refund them.
Is it possible to have my old phone blocked even though I've now upgraded it? I don't have the IMEI however it was registered on my account up until November this year if that would help.
