Block a number

I want to change my child’s number due to a person not being allowed contact. Can EE block this number as it’s a safety concern or is it just on the phone itself.

Welcome to the community,

You can block the number on your phone, or otherwise get a different number from EE, and as it is a safety concern, it should be done free of charge. EE cannot block the number, but you can on the phone itself.
