Ive payed my overdue bill but my services are still suspended and i cant call 150 because my services arnt back

@GreenHoward  Now you’ve paid your bill it can take up to 24 hours before you get a work in service again.  

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

normally it only takes about a hour to come back but this time its been about 10 hours now and i still havent got my services back and on my app its saying pay bill still but its already been payed

I’ve rang up and it says I need to pay £150 to get my stuff back but all my bills are payed

Is this the amount you paid recently? 

Is the payment showing as pending with your bank?

No this isn’t the amount payed and no it doesn’t on the ee app it even says it’s been payed and when we click make payment it doesn’t show a bill or anything but when I ring up it says pay a bill of £150
